Episcopal Church Women

The purpose of the ECW is to deepen the spiritual life of the Churchwomen and enlist their active support of the whole church program. All women of the church areconsidered to be members of the ECW. The ECW meets for the Annual Fall Dinner, Annual Spring Luncheon, and four Book Reviews. All women are welcome to attend. By virtue of attending the Episcopal Church, you are automatically a member of the ECW, and you and the women in your family are welcome to attend all events. Episcopal Church Women (ECW) 2012 book review series

The first of the three-part ECW Book Reviews will be held on Monday, January 16, in Neaverson Chapel. Susan Gillis, a local historian, will  review her book, Fort Lauderdale: The Venice of America and discuss the past 100 years of our city. The doors will open at 10:30 a.m. for refreshments. The  review will begin promptly at 11:15. Tickets are $10. Ms. Gillis is the Historical Research Consultant for the City’s Centennial Celebration. This is the 20th year of the ECW Book Reviews.
