ALL SAINTS OUTREACH PROGRAMS

All Saints supports several outreach programs in the Fort Lauderdale area:

T.R.U.E. (Towards Relief of Urgent Emergencies) FUND
The TRUE Fund (Towards the Relief of Urgent Emergencies), provides emergency grants of up to $100 for utility bills, emergency housing, children’s clothing, medicine, medical and dental bills, etc. Recipients are screened by various local charitable agencies. Financial donations may be made by using the Special Offering envelopes in the pew racks and marking the envelope for the TRUE Fund. If you would like to donate by credit card, please call our Financial Administrator, Michael Lee, at 954-467-6496, ext. 105. HOSPITALITY WEEK (BEDS AROUND THE ALTAR)
Approximately four times a year, working with The Shepherd's Way of Fort Lauderdale, All Saints functions as an overflow emergency shelter for homeless families during a one week period. Typically, two mothers and their children are our guests during the week. They sleep in our facilities and join our parish in fellowship, meals and recreation. Volunteers from the parish provide dinners, play with the children or help with homework, and serve as overnight hosts/chaperones, providing a safe and welcoming environment for these fragile families.
