RiverSounds 2011-2012 Season
Our 2011-2012 season includes concerts by returning favorites Seraphic Fire, the Firebird Chamber Orchestra, and the Delray String Quartet. There are also some new additions to the season, including the South Florida Symphony, PULSE Chamber Music, the Girl Choir of South Florida and many new solo artists. Please join us!
Seraphic Fire nominated for THREE Grammy Awards
Seraphic Fire has been a part of the RiverSounds concert series since ithe series' inception. The choir, founded in 2002, was recognized for two recordings. Its disc of Brahms’ German Requiem was nominated for best Choral Performance of the Year and Best Producer of the Year for Peter Rutenberg. And A Seraphic Fire Christmas is up for Best Small Ensemble Performance. Congratulations to these fine musicians.
