Intercession Food Pantry
On behalf of the hungry poor in our community, The Food Pantry thanks ASEC for its support. Each distribution has included canned fruit, canned vegetables, soups and other staples. The Pantry currently needs canned fruits and soups. The regular sources for these items are not offering such now for purchase. If you can help and bring some canned fruits and soups, the food bags will still be able to contain as balanced a diet as possible. The Pantry distributes food twice each month. Please mark your donation with the words “Food Pantry.”

Men’s clothing needed
St. Laurence Chapel has need for men’s clothing. Specifically, they need new socks and underwear, and new or gently used casual summertime wear such as khaki shorts, t-shirts, jeans, and men’s athletic shoes. They do not need suits, sweaters, or things that homeless men aren’t likely to wear. Please leave donations in the Outreach Box in the narthex/lobby marked for St. Laurence Chapel.

Help our Planet: Electronics Recycling Program
Not sure what to do with all those old laptops, cell phones, ipods, video game consoles, and printer cartridges? Want a simple way to be a good steward of this planet while at the same time help raise money for your church programs? Our youth is partnering with an organization to help us do just that. We are collecting your trash and turning it into money for our youth and family ministry programs.
When people think about recycling, they usually think of paper, glass and cans. However, e-waste — which includes printer cartridges for inkjet, laser, fax, copier and multi-functional peripherals (MFPs or all-in-ones), cell phones, laptops, GPS devices, ipods and MP3 players, digital cameras, game systems, video games and DVDs — is having a larger and larger negative impact on our planet. Improper disposal of e-waste harms our environment by damaging air, soil and water, and takes up ever-increasing space in our landfills. Now you can do something about it!!
All Saints Altar Guild is looking for new members
Those who have ever served on the altar guild know what a special experience it can be. We are looking for new members, men and women. The time commitment is one Sunday morning a month, arriving 45 minutes before the service to set up, and remaining about a half hour after the service to tidy up. Additionally, you would need to spend an hour or so sometime between the Wednesday noon Eucharist and the Saturday evening Eucharist to do some set up/prep work. You choose which Sunday each month (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th) and which service, 8 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. Contact Connie Slater for more information, or the Parish Office at 954-467-6496 or
